When your company, organization or civic group plans its philanthropic activities, please consider organizing a fundraising event to benefit RMHC-NM.
This is a great way to promote teambuilding and camaraderie amongst your co-workers and colleagues while helping raise money or collect goods for a worthwhile cause. All funds and goods donated help us operate our 30 room House and directly help the many families we serve.

House receives support from Grace United Methodist Church in Alamogordo
This summer kids attending vacation bible school at Grace United Methodist Church in Alamogordo helped other kids and families staying at Ronald McDonald House! They collected 35 lbs of pop tabs this summer as part of their VBS fundraiser, in addition they made a $341 donation to the House. Stacy Sanchez of Grace United Methodist Church organized the fundraiser and and made the trip to Albuquerque at the end of August to deliver the pop tabs.
Thank you to all the kids and families in Alamogordo who donated! Last year, families from Otero County stayed in the House 599 nights, keeping them closer to their ill children.

Rickshaws host “All Clubs Picnic”
On August 15th, the Rickshaws Car Club hosted the New Mexico Council of Car Clubs annual picnic at Nambe Lake Falls. The event included food, camping, fishing, door prizes and raffle benefitting the Ronald McDonald House. The Clubs donated $765 to the House. Thank you to the Rickshaws and the New Mexico Council of Car Clubs for their continued support of the Ronald McDonald House!
